Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

cloudmisty Systems provides IT Solutions, AI Automation, and Digital Design. All services are subject to a separate signed agreement/contract before work begins.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, all code, designs, and AI frameworks developed by cloudmisty Systems remain the property of cloudmisty Systems until full payment is received.

3. Limitation of Liability

cloudmisty Systems is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software or IT infrastructure solutions.
